RETURN POLICY

No questions asked. If you are not completely satisfied with this product, within 30 days of purchase, you may return the Pet-2-Ring Doorbell, the (2) electronic receivers, and the video with proof of purchase. To ensure that no sound or signal is emitted from the return package, please remove the small 12 volt battery inside the transmitter that is under the Push Lever. Please use appropriate packing material. For the best mailing rate, we recommend you ship by U.S. Postal.

ONE YEAR WARRANTY ON ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS

The electronic products that are used in conjunction with our Pet-2-Ring Doorbell are manufactured by Heath Company and they are of superior quality. Provided that these products are not misused or abused, Pet Doorbell Products Inc. will replace any defective electronic products. Please return the defective product to us within one year from date of purchase and it will be replaced free of charge.
